Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-driven Part-Time Sales Enablement Specialist to manage, optimize, and maximize our use of Pipedrive and Apollo.io. This role will support outbound sales operations, CRM hygiene, lead management, reporting, workflow automation, and sales process optimization.
The ideal candidate understands modern outbound sales workflows, enjoys building scalable systems, and can turn CRM and prospecting tools into measurable pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Own day-to-day administration of Pipedrive.
- Maintain clean and accurate pipeline data, deal stages, contacts, and activities.
- Create and optimize sales workflows, automations, filters, and reporting dashboards.
- Monitor pipeline health and identify bottlenecks or follow-up gaps.
- Standardize CRM processes and documentation.
Apollo Management & Outbound Support
- Manage and optimize Apollo.io sequences, prospect lists, and enrichment workflows.
- Build targeted lead lists based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.
- Maintain email deliverability best practices.
- Support outbound campaign execution and tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Sales Enablement
- Improve sales team workflows and efficiency.
- Create SOPs and training materials for CRM and outbound processes.
- Ensure proper lead routing, task assignment, and follow-up cadence.
- Help implement scalable sales processes and automation.
- Coordinate integrations between CRM, email, calendar, and prospecting tools.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate weekly pipeline and outbound performance reports.
- Track KPIs, including:
- Meetings booked
- Pipeline growth
- Response rates
- Conversion rates
- Activity metrics
- Provide actionable insights to improve sales performance.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing Pipedrive and/or Apollo.io.
- Understanding of outbound B2B sales processes.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM hygiene and workflow automation.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
Preferred
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and integrations.
- Knowledge of lead generation and email sequencing best practices.
- Basic understanding of sales analytics and forecasting.
