We’re looking for a creative, execution-focused Senior Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand, support revenue growth, and bring campaigns to life across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a marketer who blends strong visual design skills with performance-driven thinking and is comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment.

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, execution-focused Senior Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand, support revenue growth, and bring campaigns to life across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a marketer who blends strong visual design skills with performance-driven thinking and is comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment.
You’ll partner closely with sales, leadership, and external stakeholders to develop content, campaigns, and materials that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and events
- Design high-quality marketing assets, including social graphics, one-pagers, email templates, and sales enablement materials
- Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Build landing pages and campaign assets to support lead generation initiatives
- Collaborate with sales to align messaging and support pipeline acceleration
- Track campaign performance and report on KPIs to improve engagement and conversion
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong design capabilities using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop preferred)
- Experience working within CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Understanding of marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and performance optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong written and visual storytelling skills
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality and brand consistency
- Experience in the talent acquisition industry
- Event marketing or webinar promotion experience
- Basic knowledge of SEO and paid digital campaigns
- Experience managing websites in a WordPress environment
